FAQ
Q: Are you a factory or a trader?
A: We are a factory, established in 2015.
Q: How about the sample order?
A: If you have a large order, we can provide you with 1-4 free
samples. freight to be borne by the customer
Q: Can we customize the product electromechanical solutions?
A: Of course, we have professional engineers to provide you with
solutions as client's size and specs requirments.
Q: How long is the delivery time of the product?
A: Generally speaking, the sample order needs 7 days after the
specification approved by client, Bulk order needs 1 months, the
repeat order could by shipment within 10-20days.
Q: Before the sample making, What parameter should I provide before
the sample making?
A: We need to know the Nominal Voltage, Free-load and on load
peformance, Rotation Direction, Shaft Diameter and Length. If there
is other special requirement, please let us know in advance such as
working current limits, EMC limits, noise limits, expected life
time.

The Advantage Of DC Motor
DC motor is a type of motor that converts electrical energy into mechanical energy, and its working principle is based on electromagnetic induction and Lorentz force. A DC motor consists of a stator and a rotor, with the stator stationary and the rotor rotatable.
In a DC motor, there is a set of coils on the stator, called excitation coils, which are connected to the power supply to generate a combustion field. There is also a set of coils on the rotor, called armature coils, which are connected to the power supply to generate current. When the current passes through the central coil, it generates a magnetic field that interacts with the magnetic field of the excitation coil, generating a torque that causes the rotor to start rotating.
When the rotor rotates, the direction of the current in the armature coil will change accordingly, which will cause the direction of the magnetic field to also change. Due to the Lorentz force, this changing magnetic field will generate a reverse torque, causing the rotor to slow down and ultimately stop rotating. In order to maintain the motion of the rotor, it is necessary to continuously change the direction of the current in the armature coil, which is called commutation.
Reversing can be achieved through mechanical brushes and electronic
transducers. Mechanical brushes are a set of carbon brushes whose
contact points with the armature coil constantly change with the
rotation of the rotor, thereby changing the direction of the
current. An electronic commutator is an electronic device that
controls the direction of current based on the position and speed
of the rotor, thereby achieving commutation.
