    There are two ways to change the speed of an induction motor


    1. Change the terminal voltage of the stator.


    2. Change the frequency of the stator. The output torque of a new energy vehicle motor can vary with the terminal voltage of the stator. Note that changes in voltage will not change the speed difference corresponding to the maximum torque of the motor.

Therefore, asynchronous motors for electric vehicles are different from general industrial motors, and various new methods are adopted in their design.
